Overall, I had a positive experience with PCI. The inspection report was detailed, clear, and easy to understand. The inspector also took the time to explain the findings over the phone, which was very helpful and provided additional clarity. The only downside was that the re-inspection cost was the same as the initial inspection fee. However, the re-inspection was focused mainly on checking the items and defects identified in the original report rather than conducting a full inspection of the entire house. While the service was professional and thorough, I believe a reduced fee for a targeted re-inspection would provide better value for customers. That said, I appreciate the quality of the report and the inspector's willingness to answer questions and explain the findings.

Surprisingly very detailed and helpful for us making an informed decision about our home.
The service was fantastic and several defects to be fixed by the builder. Got the booking next day and the expert was on time and very attentive to details. Will use again in the future for my another project. Thank you
Ispect checked my property every single corner on practical completion stage he found some major and miner defects Aroon done job very professionally
Called and was able to get an inspection booked for the next day. Price is reasonable, got report the next morning, however do wish the report was more detailed. Was able to accompany the inspector and get immediate feedback on the property which was great. A lot more photos were taken than was actually included in the report, would've liked to see some of the photos I was shown in person in the actual report.
The price was better than others, the staff were professional and Ray in the office was kind enough to help get my report expedited due to time constraints
Easy to deal with, responsive and professional. Our building inspector was great aswell and friendly.
Quick and responsive team. Did our inspection the next day and got detailed report before 24 hours. Report was very detailed with photo evidence. Recommended. For honesty, this review is written for a gift card they are offering. However they did not ask to write a positive review, they simply asked to give a review and I would have given same review even without the gift card regardless.
Detailed inspection, detailed report and punctual.
Booking was seamless and easy. Report was complete in a timely manner.
I did book PCI inspection with iSpect, The inspector Manuel was very professional and thorough in his inspection and provide the report on the same day. Highly recommended.
