"Overall, I had a positive experience with PCI. The inspection report was detailed, clear, and easy to understand. The inspector also took the time to explain the findings over the phone, which was very helpful and provided additional clarity. The only downside was that the re-inspection cost was the same as the initial inspection fee. However, the re-inspection was focused mainly on checking the items and defects identified in the original report rather than conducting a full inspection of the entire house. While the service was professional and thorough, I believe a reduced fee for a targeted re-inspection would provide better value for customers. That said, I appreciate the quality of the report and the inspector's willingness to answer questions and explain the findings."

"Called and was able to get an inspection booked for the next day. Price is reasonable, got report the next morning, however do wish the report was more detailed. Was able to accompany the inspector and get immediate feedback on the property which was great. A lot more photos were taken than was actually included in the report, would've liked to see some of the photos I was shown in person in the actual report."
